Nice script!!

I havent tried your script yet but its just what im looking for!
I was planning on only using the subdir option and wondered how it was best to customise the look+feel without templates? thought about adding <? include ?> to all .php's with a style sheet in it, would that work?

I have a domain in the format: www. where 'www' is the domain i registered under the <tld>.
eg: 'www.com'/<subdir's>
Will that hinder the execution of your script? I noticed that several lines of php included ["www." to ""]

No, it should work as long as the wildcard settings are correct.
