Hi their, i have setup my own sub-domain using this great service, the only problem i have is when i try to register for a shorter domain like http://whatever.lightspear.com it works but when it asks for your actual URL address i type that in and it wont do it

Could someone look at my site here: http://www.lightspear.com/myred/register.php and try and sign up for a shorter domain and tell me if you managed to do it.

Basically when i try to sign up and type in a Target URL, and click submit it comes back with url not valid

Please help and thanks for any support

when you log into the admin to set it up did you change or add anything to the word censors?

you can reserve and block certain words being used.

try it on default first to see if anything in there is blocking it

just had a look @ http://www.lightspear.com/ and it dont load anything if should load default page

have you put the myred index.php and htaccess in root

as http://www.lightspear.com/myred/register.php loads fine but http://www.lightspear.com/myred/regist will not load should default to main page normally means you have forgoten to put the 2 files above in the root

no

you put the index.php in the root with the .htaccess

log into the admin and set real start page as your main page in my case its index.htm some people have home.htm or main.html
