Redirection Promlems...

Postby Nuzz » Mon Oct 13, 2003 12:53 pm

Which php version do you use? 4.3.3

Which server software do you use? Linux with Apache 1.3.28 (unix)

Is php installed as cgi or as module? I dont know.

What is the url where we can have a look at your problem? http://www.nuzz.net

What is the exact problem?

Whenever I create subdomains with your program just to test it out, I log in to activate it, it activates. The subdomain then wont work. Then I check my e-mail for the password its supposed to give me and it doesnt work either.

Also, at the top of every page, I get this error:

Parse error: parse error in /home/nuzznet/public_html/myred/include/functions.php on line 266

But everything still works on those pages.

Now I just found out, on the directory main page (http://www.nuzz.net/myred/dir.php), NOTHING comes up except
the following error:

Parse error: parse error in /home/nuzznet/public_html/myred/include/functions.php on line 266

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: getnumberoflinks() in /home/nuzznet/public_html/myred/dir.php on line 111

Okay I figured out the line 266 error. Everything is now working EXCEPT the actual subdomains..

still no mail yet :( you could log into admin and approve it.

when you say cp is your host using C Panel ?

if so they will have to add an entry in the dns zone for your site (you can do it if you have access to whm)

* a ip addy

also will need adding as a server alias as well for it to work im on C Panel 8
