Template help please ?

Hi everyone. Right so i installed the script. Everything works fine but the template sucks. I need to change it to suite my needs.. how do i do this ? I looked in the HTML folder and sen that all the files have the same code in it. There is a lot of files in there. And i dont want to have to do it all manualy. Can anyone help me please ?
