register3.html problems ;]

I have a problem changing template, everything works great but register3.html file is ****

Everytime when I paste code from "register3.html" from your script to my simple template I get error after pressing "finish registration" button that says:

please agree with our terms

Don't think that I'm stupid and I didn't agree with that option: By submitting this form, you agree to our terms and rules.

.... I'm sure that i copy it correctly..... maybe i screw up it somwhere else?

Can someone please paste here the clean code from register3.html that I should paste into my template?
I need just the form.... ( menu I did by myself )




ps. also when I change that register3.html with old one, I mean with register3.html from script it works fine

This is the correct code for the checkbox:

I'm sure you made the templates with some Webdesign program like frontpage - they put an "on" into the checkbox tag.
