access denied for user

Have you set the mysql database up with a username and password.

I can understand not getting connection to the tables on 5gigs.

I used the cpanel and set up a phpbb bulletin board, then went to the sql setup and clicked on MySql.
In My Sql I dropped all tables in the PhpBB sql and then added another user to the database.
I deleted all the phpbb files from the server using an ftp proggie and then was able to install the program I wanted using the variables to for the PhpBB install.

Sometimes it doesn't seem like you can connect to the tables using 5gigs servers

You aren't trying to install Myred at 5gigs for public use are you? I really doubt that 5gigs can or will wildcard the domain for you.
