myRedirect doesn´t work why????

I have installed myRedirect and doesn't work, i try enter to any subdomain and not entry and appear the message "Cannot find the server"...

I have the same problem. I used this domain to test how the system works:
http://t-mobile.ejonline.net for some reason I get Cannot Find Server.

What exactly would I be looking for in the .htaccess file?

T5X, your problem should be because of wildcard dns.

You do not have wildcard dns set up on ther server. Proberly 98% of the problems people have running this script is there host not doing wildcard dns.

You need a virtaul server setting up (your host will do this) and also a entry in the dns zone

*.A.server ip
