mysql_fetch_array/mysql_num_rows problems

Postby www.hm » Wed Dec 15, 2004 2:39 pm

Hello,

I'm having some SQL call problems on my new server and wondered if you could suggest anything?

This script worked fine on my old host which used the same php and sql versions. The following is typical of messages I am getting from my browser:
Warning: mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/ciderbob/public_html/include/vars.php on line 47

Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/ciderbob/public_html/include/functions.php on line 273

The site was transfered by cpanel backup so I didn't expect any real changes other than the odd (badly coded on my part) php remark that included the cpanel username, all of which I think I have eradicated now.

Any suggestions would be most gratefully received,

Thanks

Duncan

worry over,

the new hosting account is under a different username, I forgot to change it on transfer, all up and running now, thinking of changing the GUI after what seems a life time of dirty orange and blue
