Finding the right host...

Hi there guys,
I currently have a package with a company named 1&1 however from what I can understand they cant enable me DNS Wildcards...

Is there a way I can point my domain to www.mydomain.com and configure the wildcard DNS configurations there ?

Else wise would anyone care host my site and the database and in return I will display some advertising for you ?
