Is it possible to redirect the subdomain to an IP and port ?

fx.:
Redirect lamah.jollyholly.dk:21 to 80.52.12.36:21

is that possible? and how ?

I know it is possible to redirect to IP. Just add http:// but port I'm not sure. Might be possible if you redirect subdomain.whatever.com straight to 12.34.56.78:21 but I dont think subdomain.whatever.com:21 would redirect straight to 12.34.56.78:21.
