Two websites but one layout? can this be happened?

Hi,
I'm owner of tz4.com and I submit two mylounge template sets on this board for mylounge users. not the tz4.com layout. But I found a similar web site that using tz4.com layout. I know tz4.com layout is free web layout and I modified.

But what the hell this?

Just like tz4.com. member login texts all the stuff just like tz4.

how can I stop this?

As you said its a FREE layout anyone can you it if you want to stop it make your own template. Thats the only way that you will be the only one using it (unless they seal it).

I said he not use the free template. he used my template.

I modified it. example: member area

Use the same tz4.com template. I mean that.

I can say he stolen it. all the redirection sites are not the same. but this site it look like tz4.com.

webmaster contact me before I contact. He say'in that he got this template from google search. But this template can only download thougth this site.

Also he said that he din't copied too. and that's amazing this. two sites are just exactly same.

Well, I do not think either of you modified the template much so it's possible that it was just a coincidence
