Is it possible to hide e-mail address when someone will look up a Whois ?

dont no about hiding the email addy. im sure alex will be able to tell you more.

another way is to remove the whois from the menus and rename or delete the whois.php then visitors to the site cant use it.

email addys are hidden in 1.4 as alex says.

you can click on contact owner to send them a email using the contact form so no email addy is shown
