For security reasons, Id like these resources:
1 - the script recording user's IP logs when creating an account.
2 - email confirmation sent to user, before changing registered email.
Does anybody know how to make them?

It sends you an email with there ip address when they join.

I configurated "email to admin" as off. More than 10000 users registered in my site. Is it possible to recover their IP infomation?

Cant really see much point in that, if they are on a dynamic ip it will change everytime , also some people will use a proxy to hide there ips.

All the ips are stored in the mysql theres nothing stopping you getting that info for a quick view just use phpmyadmin on your hosting account.
