2nd domain problem

I have 2 seporate scripts, 2 seporate sql databases but i have problems with my 2nd site, when i goto the latest sites i get the latest from the other site. when i try to register and confermit thru the email i get a bad or already used confermation.

remember both sites are totally seperate, tis really wierd why they are combinining.
