How to ban IP?

Hi!!
I did search but can't find how to ban IP inredirect script.
some one registered on my site with many spam url and I want to ban IP but I don't know how?

You dont do it with the script. You would go to your control panel for the hosting and ban them there.

Or have the script set so you aprrove the sites first.
