and have test make subdomain is name : http://kita.ir9.net / ,http://irsal.ir9.net is work but redirection is not work and Always goes to the same page is cpanel ,

Wildcard isnt set up fully.

You also need a virtual server alias set up as well, use the search feature to find the way todo it or ask your host.
