Crazy problem: wont accept this target URL!

[www.hm/yourname.com!]

Ok, this guy registered about 10 domains all to the same target site stating http://hm2k.org/ as his target URL and everything was fine for a couple of weeks.

Now he's emailed saying that none of his signups work, which they dont (all my other signups are fine). Just to test I tried signing up myself using his target site and that signup doesnt work either!

Why can my site not redirect to his even though his URL works??
