Activation Link

Hi,
I recently installed the redirection script and it does not send out activation links to my users, because of this it comes up a blank page with nothing on it, mean obviously they would need to activate it, it sends them an email saying i have to manually approve of it but it does not send them an activation link.

When they set there redirection up it just comes up a Blank Page!
Why is this???
