I dont get this - please look

Hey, i dont get this at all, ive been looking at some sites that offer free sub-domains and they dont work, they all come up with "Url Valid" like my free hosting site does....whats going on here? Their was 1 site that did work, my site http://www.lightspear.com/myred/register.php doesn't work either................................WHAT????
