Redirection on virtual ip

I recently installed myred on one of my websites, on an virtual ip named domains. I entered two more domains in there, but at the creation of an subdomain in one of them, redirection seems not to work.

I don't know the reason why, but I got a couple of questions:

1.How does this script do the redirection, if it's not installed on the other two domains?
2.Do i have to install it on the www root or just in one of the hosted domains?

Server runs php 4.1.2, mysql 3.23.54, Apache 1.3.23

The domains both must point to the same web root, where the scripts should be installed.

Yes, but the MAIN one does not work...i mean in the main website, it does not work any redirection at all.
