how come i don't have signup.php ??

i downlaod the myred1.4 ,but i don't see the signup.php file ?
and it seem is little bit different than yours ???

Here I have installed the old version, cause my *?%$##'# erm superb webhoster doesn't support php 4.1 or greater.
In the new release there is no signup.php, it's now called register.php
