Getting an odd message?

Hi.

I am having a problem with the redirection script. http://mywebsite.com/myred/ works fine (i can configure the script and can get into the admin area) but when I go to http://mywebsite.com I get this message:

"Redirection limit for this URL exceeded. Unable to load the requested page. This may be caused by cookies that are blocked."

It is not caused by cookies that are blocked though because I removed all my cookies and checked to see if any cookies were blocked. My host has enabled wildcarded DNS.

Just for the record, http://mywebsite.com is NOT my website, I just used that as an example because the domain is my partners and he doesn't want it released.
