integrating milliscripts in a cms

Hi,

I've got milliscripts running fine and now I'm trying to intregrate it with e107 cms.

I keep getting errors, not sure but it seems to be something in functions.php that doesn't like the header in e107

Could it be something to do with both connecting to databases?

Sorry, I'm just learning php as I go and help gratefully appreciated. Can post code if it's useful.
