Getting Ads to Work???

Hello,

Can anyone please tell me how to add ads to the categorys?

The pop-up advertising works fine but the bottom or top frame advertising does not work even setting the height and width does nothing and the page does not show.

What i am wanting to do is get this page:

http://www.tz25.com/banner.php to sit in a lower frame on all the sites can anyone please help?

if i do a banner i just use a simple html page with either text or a banner code in it, or even a banner rotation script

Just make a normal html page and point the url for the adds to that
