Reusable Code

HI..

I tried creating new template. In the process i grouped the common code for files in a 3 .js files. (Header, left nav & footer)., It works fine when i open the HTML file.

Howver the reused codes (JS codes) arent showing up when i open it thru the PHP.. i mean from server.. Any solution to rhis prob? Any way of reusing code, so that the future changes wud be simple..
