As its encrypted in the mysql you cant just go in and get it.

But what you can do is.

1. Make a backup so no sites are lost.

2. Reinstall Mylounge using a table prefix or a different database name (making note of the admin user name and password) this way you will keep the old mylounge.

4. Go into phpmyadmin and select the option table you will see the user name and the new encrypted password copy it, the encrypted password will look something like this 68a3252ecd5hrb9bf036chd1d431f6543

5 Go back to the orginal mylounge and go to the options table there you can edit the old encrypted password and replace it with the new one.

6. If all goes well you can log into the old mylounge with your new password.

7. Delete the new mylounge make sure you get the correct one.

If its a new install you dont need to do this just reinstall and make a note of the password this time.

The above is only for people who dont want to loose the current sites they have by doing a fresh install.
