Register1.html goes to main page

I've been tinkering with MyRed for a while, and it is a great script. I do have a slight problem registering though. Everything is installed properly, and everything is works fine with the default template.

However, now that its changed (I've changed the register1, 2, 3, 4 html files), once i 'check' for a free domain, I get redirected back to my main page. Could somone please check this out for me?

looks like you havnt got a url for the check to go to in the form

<form method="post" action="services/register.php?do=check"

mine looks like this

<form method="post" action="http://www.sg5.co.uk/shorturl/register.php?do=check"

so it cant find the page and loads main page up
