how to get more signups!

Hey all, have had this script running since 1st of the month and have has a reasonable amount of signups considering the sites age but can anyone suggest how to attract more (relevant) traffic?

I've done a google search for all the 'free url redirection' review sites and submitted my URL, also submitted to search engines (those that will do it for free these days!)

There is no money involved so cant really afford to advertise myself (the last google adsense click on my banner got me $0.06!!) can anyone suggest anything?

Turns out most ppl visiting my site are looking for a clothes shop anyway! (hm.com)

But apart from signing up to other link sites and search engines if people dont want redirection they arnt going to use it.
