Register Problem

I installed the myred system and did a test signup and everything worked fine. I even set up a popup ad and that worked fine.
I then made some cosmetic and language changes and all looked good.
Next I tried to add a few more subdomains to the system and I can't get past the second register page. It keeps coming up with "Please agree to our terms" in red even though I tick the box.
I removed the successful subdomain that I originally registered and tried to redo it but no luck.

Any Clues??

I edited register.php and disabled the terms error check and it all works fine. I wonder why it didnt recognise that the box was ticked???

Regard the checkbox status in the register template (it is mentioned in the readme.txt).
