NO signup/ login/ whois/ admin Please Help!

nothing is working!! please advise?
even when i type

signup.php?do=do_signup

it still remains on startpage!

Cannot log in as admin either.
Has this happened to anyone else, I using modified 1.2 (subdir) version and have had site running ok for couple of days and havent changed anything lately [/quote]

My so called admin wrote the following!

We recently change the PHP core by setting the register_globals OFF. No one have requested for it to be specifically to remain ON so we asume that nobody will be affected with the change, but now it did. We change it due to a client's request, and since it is starting to create a problem, we will have to revert the old setting back. Sorry for the inconvenience, we will have the setting back to normal soon.
