Nice to see the new forum, but what happened to the old script? Are you bailing on it???

In either case, good to see you still working on this and looking forward to testing the new script when you have it ready.

ROCK ON!!!

Hi,

nice to read something from you :!:
I only find some strange translation of the word "bailing" - what does it mean?
But you're right, I'm working as hard as I can - domain stats are my biggest problem now
Please, post more!

Last week I had the idea for a new forum script with a feature that no other has...

sorry, forgot not everyone speaks english. :) (<~~ Stupid american)

Anyway, Bailing, should have been spelled bailling. To Bail, like rats jumping ship, give up before completion. bailling. :) My redneckism is now spreading around the world!!! hahahaha.

Anyway, yeah, I love the redirect script and i'm always happy to help out. What's with the domain stats thing??? Anything we can help with??

I sort of liked the old forum more, but this one is cool too. Maybe we'll have to work on getting a new skin for it or something.

I'll be around though... let me know if you need help!

Yes, you can :D
I'm quite far with the scripts (today I implemented encrypted passwords, didn't even mention that), but I simply have no idea of how to do the stats thing...
I don't want to let the database become too big, but I want to let the admins provide stats to their users (can be manually turned on or off).
What kind of stats should I include? Visitors, hits, referers, browsers, os's,...
Shall I inlude grafics or just numbers or combine them?
Shall I make only stats available from, lets say, the last 14 days? The last 6 months?
Shall the deleting of older stats go automatically or manually?
How shall the stats look like? I mean the design.
It would be great if someone (maybe you?) could help me a bit...
