it's becaus i'm having some problems with the flat file, sometimes there disappears some userdata

This shouldn't happen...
Are you sure that your users don't delete their accounts by themselves?

i am definetly sure, it was with my own test account too, and on another site userdata disappeared but his hits went from ~300 to 12000, which is absolutly not possible.

Looks like the attack of a hacker/cracker.
Some times ago I was running a redirection site using perl scripts with flat files; it has been attacked quite often, and sometimes also some data disappeared...

hmm, i really don't think it was a hacker, they would delete all userdata
it must be a flaw in the script
